Matt and the team at Mechanic are a class act. We were having issues on fulfillment and within a few minutes this app was able to help us fix the kink. The customer support is very quick, reliable, and friendly. Highly recommend checking this out!

It's been great to do some minor things without need for a backend. Since we actually have 4 separate Shopify stores, it will probably be inevitable that I eventually connect all our separate instances to a unified backend to ease maintenance overheads, but using Mechanic has saved me some time and priorities to get up and running quickly and to figure out the additional business logic we need.

Help and support was also exceptional. Super friendly and approachable, they have a Slack channel where I've learnt more about how to use the plugin and see others' inquiries and solutions.

I am more than impressed with each automation in Mechanic. If there is an automation that is a little beyond your ability, the community and support are there to help you along the way.

The Mechanic app is an impressive piece of software. The developers have built a framework on top of Shopify's events that allows for efficient and creative automations. The support team is also amazing, they are quick to respond and always helpful.

This has really opened up a world of possibilities for me as a dev. Any store with an in-house developer or any Plus store that leverages flows should 100% have Mechanic on hand. They have great documentation, amazing support and a phenomenal community too. I've been working on Shopify stores for 5+ years and I've never had a better app support experience.

They patiently addressed all my questions, provided swift fixes, and made the process incredibly smooth. I think the price of 29$ per month is a little steep, but I am willing to pay for it, because of the service and freedom it gives us every day.
