Just so great. So far Mechanic has risen to every occasion... giving me the control over my Shopify orders that I wish was there as standard. The menu of published tasks is huge and I'm just starting to explore creating my own tasks - for those tiny workflows that are unique to our small business and the life it fits around! Oh, and the support is just lovely, warm and personal. Worth every one of the $9 a month.
This app is wonderful and the customer service is out of this world. With a combination of group and direct support tricky requests are always solved promptly. Would highly recommend.
I'm really happy with this app so far. I am using it to do a bunch of different tasks. E.g. email customers about outstanding order payments. Send them email when an order is taking too long and so forth.
It's not saving me any money yet on my other apps as it doesn't quite do what they do. But hopefully it will in the future.

Wenn man keine Probleme damit hat, sich ggf. selbst die Skripte anzupassen oder gar zu schreiben macht sich diese App super - vor allem gerade innerhalb der EU und ihren Datenschutzbestimmungen - denn so streut man keine Kundendaten in zig Apps, die meistens nur kleine Fälle übernehmen, Danke, dass Ihr solch ein super Tool bereitstellt! - [ENGLISH] Perfect app to work through tasks! If you don't have any problems with adapting or even writing scripts yourself, this app is great - especially within the EU and its data protection regulations - because this way you don't scatter customer data in umpteen different apps, which mostly only take over small use cases. Thank you for providing such a great tool!

We've been using this app for months now. Mechanic allowed us to get rid of three other apps and best of all it works behind the scenes. No integration with our theme was required. Incredible tech support as well!

I've been using Mechanic to push our inventory quantities to a shared Google Sheet. From there I use those numbers to calculate reorder levels and monitor all of our inventory without having to be in Shopify.
Isaac was very helpful in setting it up; I'm excited to see what else Mechanic can do for our store.

Very responsive, highly knowledgeable team provide superb customer support. We've been using Mechanic for several years and are now using for many, many more tasks that we had originally planned for. Tons of flexibility. I use the app currently to auto print new orders. It was important that I could code my own report that printed with different highlights and info based on order tags. I was able to do it all with ease.
