Highly recommended app for any store big or small to automate a bunch of tasks. We use at least 10 of the pre-built tasks for our daily operations.
Isaac is an absolute gem and has been able to customise a bunch of tasks for our requirements.
I have used mechanic to build integrations to ERP, CRM, process to handle Custom forms and task automation etc. If you are developer and you are planning to extend or build custom automation, Mechanic is the App for you. It has great selection of pre-built task libraries to get you started, robust documentation and dedicated slack channels to collaborate with fellow developers. And great development team who are always ready to help

Simply the best app of its kind we have found. There are 300+ premade templates which cover a ton of what you may need to do, and a community to write custom ones for you if you cannot code yourself (Like us) Highly recommended.

Isaac and his team at Mechanic are by far some of the most helpful, talented, and dedicated support teams and app developers I have ever interacted with on Shopify. This app can take the place of dozens of other apps as well as solutions that would normally require a custom built app. Can save you literally thousands of dollars. I'm using it to auto-tag customers for various reasons, like on a purchase or on account creation, auto-fulfill digital orders, and writing metafield data to do things like run an online class with our blog and allow students to mark lessons complete, but it can do so much more.
