I love this app. I got it specifically to sync my blank t-shirt stock across my inventory so that I could offer a bigger range of products without fear of overselling. It has worked brilliantly for that. But also I have found many other uses, my favourite being getting it to check my entire inventory for a specific SKU and based on that add a new SKU in a new size, meaning I could add a new size of shirt to a couple of hundred items with just a few clicks. As well as monthly randomisation of the product order in some of my collections. Not the cheapest app, but the scope when you start to think about what it can do is really quite incredible.

I only had a limited time to test some of the features and then forgot about it. When I returned to check on it, after the trial period was ended, I was met with an incredibly aggressive and rude notification in the menu:

"This account is suspended, and Mechanic is no longer processing activity for this store."

It makes it sound like some massive policy violations took place and you're banned for life for testing their app!

Heyo! :) No fear; "suspended" just means "we're holding our understanding of your intent in suspension until your intent explicitly clarifies". If you want to keep using Mechanic, great! Matt and his team are exceptional. My developers are in love with this app, and have installed it on all of our stores. If you constantly find yourself thinking 'I wish Shopify would do this..' or find any limitation in Shopify, this app solves it.

No gimmicks, no 'it's in our roadmap' it just WORKS.
