Appointment Booking App: Meety

The Meety app is comprehensive and simply to use except that it took some time to set it up and navigate when I first installed it. However, Macie from the support team helped me through the process and it was really helpful! Will definitely recommend it to others!

I have to say the most impressive thing about Meety for me was the customer service. I wanted to tweak the software for direct bookings for my short term rental. The staff was not only extremely nice, caring, but very prompt. I had multiple requests, over multiple days, and their programmers literally did everything I asked for. I don't think I've ever received that type of support before. It works well, and the fact that there's people who will help you tweak it speaks volumes. Fully recommend. 5/5! Special shout out to Grace for her hard work with me.

This is a great app and tool to use and integrate into your Shopify if you are providing booking services.
It is user-friendly and quick to set up and with Grace's assistance, efficiency and quickness, the experience was stress-free.

Just starting using but it was very easy to integrate the app and figure out. I had one little hickup setting up but they were very responsive and answered me pretty quickly and everything appears to be working great now. Belle was very helpful in getting everything figured out and offering other ideas and tips. Looking forward to a lot of bookings! Thanks!

So happy with the app ! I was working with another app before but couldn't do everything I wanted to do. I changed for Meety and Grace helped my configure it all. I am so grateful because I was struggling and now everything works perfectly! I recommend this app 100% !

If I could give 100 stars I would. The support is OUTSTANDING with this app. I have installed and uninstalled a total of 8 booking apps prior to this one. I am so happy to have found this app as it works perfectly for what I need. If you are on the fence, just off and install this app!!!! You will not be disappointed. Reach out to support if needed as they are very responsive and helpful.

I'm currently setting up/customizing the app, the functionality is fantastic! Although I intend to use it as a physical appointment scheduling tool, it fits me wonderfully! I don't have enough kind words for the support - quick, professional, polite and very helpful... A pleasure working with Meety team!

Recently added this app to my Shopify store for booking lessons. So far it seems to be working wonderfully. The online help has been incredible, answered all my questions, and helped to solve set-up problems that I was having. My customers can now book their lessons & pay directly online with Shopify checkout. There are other features available that I have not yet used, such as integrating with Zoom. Overall I would definitely recommend this app for appointment booking.
