I just installed the app. Even though I was having some trouble setting my services, the customer service team rescued me and guided me step by step. I even requested an add on and they immediately created a button for my homepage.

I have been trying many booking apps and by far this is one of the bests. And it feels that it works very smoothly on the shop.

Meety is a great app for appointment bookings. I've tested my first client with the app and all seems to be working perfectly. It organizes every meeting automatically in a nice calendar while sending emails to clients reminding them of their reservation. Everything can be modified and changed based on your needs and finally, support and feedback has been amazing thanks to Grace! And most importantly, he team had an answer for everything I asked for. Thanks from Spain!

Although Meety is a new app, they provide a good customer service support and are willing to work closely with their users to address any teething issues. They are quick to respond to our feedback and follow-up promptly with adjustments.

Love the fact that Meety is so easy to set up and use. The features and customizations are really great. More than that, the prompt customer support is what blew me away. Every time I was met with a doubt about the app, I got a resolution within minutes of asking for help. Special shout-out to Macie, Lizie and Grace for being so patient and helpful.

The folks that work for this app have been so helpful and generous with their time. I am truly appreciative of the problem solving they have done with me. They really aim to figure out ways to integrate their app with the other apps that you have on your site.

So far, so good! Support is very responsive, and I asked for a feature and they promptly implemented it. I haven't rolled out the new service yet but so far I am very happy with the Meety team.
