I moved to Meety after struggling with 2 other meeting apps. Meety does exactly what it says, and meets all my business needs for booking visitors at our cellar door (unpaid/instant) and also special events (paid/checkout). The email customisation is great, documentation clear, and behaves just as I hoped.
As per other comments, the support team has been absolutely fantastic (Macie, especially!!). I had an issued caused on Shopify side, and the dev team jumped on a fix super quickly. As a newer app, the team is super-responsive to any gaps or quirks. But honestly, I've seen many more issues with longer-established apps - and less interest to fix them.
Do yourself a favour, get onto this app!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Especially Lizie. Couldn't understand the app and how to use it but she did literally everything for me and helped me set up the whole app to my liking. Really appreciated and recommended.

Meety App is good but Grace the I.T girl that helps you set up is more awesome ! honestly i suck at computer stuff , I am trying to set all of this up myself for my business with no real past experience , but Grace this wonderful smiley smart individual just helped me set up.
Thanks Meety for providing a great app and widget , and for providing even better customer care .

This app has been a game changer for scheduling classes as part of an annual festival. I was having glitches with some of my entries and reached out to the help desk. I received a response within an hour and the issue resolved within the next hour. The next day I was double checking and noticed some other things shifted. I reached back out and not only did they show me how to change things they also updated all the appointment times due to the changes on the back end so I didn't have to do double the work. I'm converting my other store over to this system ASAP! LOVE IT!

I've only just started to implement the app, I works very well and intuitive. Easy to set up and a great support team for any questions. I also appreciate the fact that its free, because other apps are charging to much for small companies.

This is a stellar app that has sophisticated features compared to many of the other schedulers out there. Excellent integration with calendars, flexible bookings, notifications, everything you need... and excellent chatline support when needed. Give this one a try for sure.
