Meety: Appointment Booking App

We use Meety to manage bookings for our Japanese sewing classes and workshops, and it has been very helpful, especially for managing multiple services with shared capacity.

Since our booking setup is a little complex, we have contacted the support team several times while setting up and adjusting the system. Every time, they have been patient, responsive, and very helpful.

A special thank you to Brad, Peony, Grace, Mary, Anna, and Macie, who have all supported us at different stages. Even when our questions were quite specific, they took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve and provided clear explanations, screenshots, and practical solutions.

What I particularly appreciate is that they don't just solve the immediate problem — they also explain how the settings work, so we can manage the system ourselves in the future.

Meety is a very useful booking app, but the quality of the support team makes it even better. Thank you to everyone who has helped us!

This is a very powerful app that has improved tremendously since I first tested it two years ago. I previously used BookThatApp, but recently migrated to Meety for managing bookings for my ceramics workshops. The app offers a user-friendly calendar widget, easy translation options, and excellent customer support. The transition was smooth, and I've been very happy with the experience so far. I hope the team will consider adding more options for importing existing bookings, as this would make migration to Meety much easier for new users. I'm also looking forward to a seasonal calendar feature. It would be especially helpful for businesses like mine, where opening hours and workshop schedules vary throughout the year.

Meety ist deutlich flexiblere Einstellmöglichkeiten als andere Terminbuchungs-Apps, wie beispielsweise Timify oder auch Treatwell. Dabei kostet Meety nur die Hälfte. Meety tut einfach genau das, was ich brauche.
Ein Wort noch zum Support: Er ist schnell und präzise. Er ist einfach Klasse! Von allen Leuten ist Peony die Beste. Sie hat bis jetzt immer meine Problemchen Gelöst. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.
