I have been researching multiple apps to handle my bookings. This app is still in development but their development team is quickly unlocking more and more features. Their customer service is on point. I've had challenges with my setup and within minutes the issue has gotten resolved due to their customer support. Kudos to Macie, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has resolved so many things efficiently. Keep up the good work!

This is it ... I am just starting to use it and I am in disbelief that something does exactly what it should .... actually they are lowballing there service in the description.

I haven't used Meety yet, but while setting up my store, I was met with the issue of payment integration with Calendly/having to upgrade to the paid plan. I love that Meety is a native app to Shopify so I don't have to manage anything extra, and the customer service is extremely quick and kind! Looking forward to using this app soon!

I’ve used so many scheduling apps but this app HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE TO ME! I’ll start with phenomenal support: Grace, Belle, & Macie have been incredibly helpful every step of the way, are literally always there, and respond crazy quick even at odd hours when not expected. The widget is super intuitive and client friendly, making checkout a breeze. It makes my website look good and helps me organize my calendar with google integration. It even has auto google meeting link for when I start online seminars. It helps me look professional with custom automated emails. This app has everything I needed for my business AND MORE! Highly recommend!

I needed help setting up my meety widget and the only help has been beyond exceptional, understood & solved my problem within minutes. Enabling features which help our case scenario, now customers can book their services in time slots, streamlining the process.

So far so good! Belle has been super responsive and if i've had any issues she's walked through them with me, staying with me until it's resolved or improvement suggestions captured and sent to the developers. It actually does what it says in terms of automated email reminders, bookings, cancellations etc... and for me a key point is that it changes timezones depending on where the customer is which is critical to my business! I'm loving it so far and have high hopes for adding in packages and booking multiple slots and so on as soon as i figure that out shopify side :D

Meety App is good but Grace the I.T girl that helps you set up is more awesome ! honestly i suck at computer stuff , I am trying to set all of this up myself for my business with no real past experience , but Grace this wonderful smiley smart individual just helped me set up.
Thanks Meety for providing a great app and widget , and for providing even better customer care .

Very promising app.
It has almost everything that you need for a store where you offer booking services. They are working on the missing features like canceling or rescheduling bookings from the customer's perspective, but it needs to be integrated with the sign-in and login feature.
The support is exceptional, very fast reply and very friendly and available.
