Meety: Appointment Booking App

The meety app has been a great addition to our website. The support we receive from Brad and the meety app team is amazing. They are very quick to respond to and help resolve any issues that we have.

My favourite addition to my Shopify for my business! Booking my clients’ workshops via Meety is so easy. Customer service is great to chat with and so helpful (thank you Peony and Brad!!). I can’t recommend this app enough!

The app is not as intuitive as I would want and does not sync for example emails from Meety under the customer profile in Shopify - as it is a separate app, which is a bit annoying. However, it works, it is cheap and the support team is excellent.

We were looking for a flexible booking app that integrates with our Shopify website. We have relatively complex bookings for a cellar door with food addons plus events. The setup process was easy and the support has been excellent. We are only at the start of our journey but I am delighted with it so far.

We needed an appointment booking app for a very unique reason, and Meety offered exactly the customization we were looking for. We tried a multitude of apps, and theirs was the best by far. Their support team has been quick to respond, and their developers have been extremely helpful in tackling more complex requests. Highly recommend!

To offer free counseling that leads to product sales on our own site, we decided to set up a booking system in 15-minute intervals. While looking for a good app, we found and installed meety-appointment-booking, but the customization was a bit difficult to figure out. However, with the help of their chat support, we were able to resolve everything and ended up with a very user-friendly booking system.
