This app has been a game changer for scheduling classes as part of an annual festival. I was having glitches with some of my entries and reached out to the help desk. I received a response within an hour and the issue resolved within the next hour. The next day I was double checking and noticed some other things shifted. I reached back out and not only did they show me how to change things they also updated all the appointment times due to the changes on the back end so I didn't have to do double the work. I'm converting my other store over to this system ASAP! LOVE IT!

Customer service is awesome. When I opened the app the help chat opened and up popped Grace. Grace helped me through all the steps of set up. She was patient and answered all my questions. She gave clear easy to follow directions. And she made suggestions that helped me make it look better with my website. That in my book, is going above and beyond. I can't comment on using the app other than set up as I just got it installed but I can tell you that customer service is 10 star. I am really happy I picked Meety to help me book my workshops.

Happy with the app! Though many features I require, for example, having specific time slots for my bookings and not for every week booking, the customer service is very helpful. Recommended!

I've worked in customer service for a long time in high end 5 star hotels and also Apple. Today, I stumbled upon this app, which at first, looked daunting so I went to chat support.
I was greeted by Macie who has been 5 star service since the start of our conversation. She has listened to all my questions and made sure they have been answered and with details. She has been incredibly patient with me as I have been learning the new app for my business. If people could be served all day like the way Macie has served me today, this world would be a better place!
If I had a business where I were to hire staff, I would have Macie on my team in a heartbeat! Can't wait to see where this app takes our business.

Just starting using but it was very easy to integrate the app and figure out. I had one little hickup setting up but they were very responsive and answered me pretty quickly and everything appears to be working great now. Belle was very helpful in getting everything figured out and offering other ideas and tips. Looking forward to a lot of bookings! Thanks!
