Like it a lot so far! 12 mins into having a Shopify store and getting a booking app embedded and was already pleased. Their support professionalism is hella good! Got one help professional of theirs, Peony, was nice, straight to the point and quick on a weekend even lol.

Macie is an amazing support agent who has already assisted me multiple times with my many questions. I am a little slow when it comes to technology but Macie has made it easier than I thought possible with her kind and patient nature. I think the team at Rockyhub (meety) is lucky to have such a person looking after their clients.

Great App, easy, good UI, and is what i needed. Good assistance, Hana helped me so much to set some things on my shop and she was really professional. If you need an app for book services or more in your shop this can be the solution.

Had some problems with app integration, Brad has been consistently helping me with the process and has been very patient throughout the whole thing. Hopefully my issue gets resolved but the service by Brad has been amazing.

Their customer service is incredibly helpful. I just signed up for the subscription, but they still took the time to personally fix the issue for me.
Service Team is very quick to respond and made me feel more inclined to use meaty. Paying for the subscription is almost a need for any business and it is a little on the pricier side but is well worth it.

I am really enjoying my experience with Meety. The app is cool because it makes it very easy for customers to book appointments. But more than that is the stellar customer service I've received.
