Appointment Booking App: Meety

I've tried other calendar apps that have an embed option, but they were clunky and I was unable to do any branding. Also, in order to take payment, it was an extra charge and it had to be done outside of Shopify.

The Meety App changed all of that. Integrated into Shopify, and outstanding customer support make changing to this app a no-brainer. As a painter, jewelry maker, and intuitive energy coach; Meety is going to be a BIG part of my growth as a business. Highly recommend!

I was searching for an appointment booking app and nothing comes close to Meety. I needed something that would easily be embedded into my Shopify store and easy to set up. Meety is just that. I also love that I can have it coordinate to the branding I have on my store and add staff as my company grows. My favorite is that it easily integrates with Zoom so I don't have to worry about sending my clients any reminders and such as Meety does all the heavy lifting for me.

Difficult to work with, seems to want you to pay to use basic features like setting custom hours.

Customer service is fantastic!! Chatting with Macie was great. Very helpful. She walked me through exactly how to set it up through live chat. app works well so far.

The Best appointment book so far after trying so many for my website. I highly recommend the app.

This is a kudos review. It’s after 11 PM my time and I had the pleasure of speaking with Grace. I was having trouble setting up my variant options for one of my services and Grace was able to jump in and assist me no hesitation. She even offered to send a collaborator link in order to assist me further. By far the most above and beyond service I have received. It is people like Grace that keeps the world turning. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this application, not only for its integration with Shopify, but also because of the stellar customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

The Meety App is so great and customer support is really great too! I really want to thank Yvonne for her help in assisting me in all questions I had while I'm trying to customize the bookings and calendar!

I am early into using this app, there was a few teething issues, but I am always someone to judge by the support I get and not the initial issues.

My support has been excellent, the message back rate is second to none, and the level of help has meant that I am now confident to launch my site with Meety in place, ready to take bookings and foresee no issues.

I’ve tried multiple booking platforms over the course of a year for my business but meety has been the best so far. Everything is easy, there is so much versatility to cater to your business needs as well as the fact that there is a live agent who is able to help you out so much! My agent was Hannah, and I am so grateful for her help and extra effort in helping me edit my page when I did not know what to do. I would recommend this extension to anyone and everyone who is looking to add services and booking scheduling into your Shopify store.

I've just started using this app to schedule appointments through my website and I'm extreamly happy with it. I tried out a few apps for this purpose and Meety was hands down the best available. Once you get the app and running you get to meet their team and they are equally as amazing. Very helpful and quite kind. They will truly check on you through the entire process.
