Some good points, particularly as currently a free service but after a couple of weeks having it installed too many inconveniences for me. Customer service great but for me often a time delay as am in the UK so not always a quick problem solve. Challenges I had were time zones (the auto booking email said one time but the calendar attachment in the customer email said +1 hour), this couldn't be resolved fully without each customer changing their Google calendar settings so had to remove the attachment from email to eliminate confusion. It couldn't be set so that all staff could see the calendar when integrated with google (they could only see their own bookings) so when everyone needs to see how busy or not another person is, or if room to add additional appointments, they couldn't. I couldn't get it to create a customer in Shopify POS which meant duplicating information gathering for new customers. Today when adding manual bookings to the calendar names were being replaced on future bookings, meaning I can't identify who that booking is for until they arrive!
Edit: The app has contacted me to resolve issues but I have since changed provider. Lots of good points with this app just didn't fully work for me and the way my business operates.

So far setting up has been easy and quick. I have not gotten to use the booking service yet but I look forward to it as I know if I have any issues I can get them resolved quickly and efficiently with the knowledgeable staff on hand I know my booking will be in the right app.

Fully featured booking app with probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. The support and dev staff continually go above and beyond to solve any issues or questions that I have, and have even implemented some features that I requested. Incredible. I've used 3 or 4 different apps now and they've been lacking in one way or the other but Meety ticks all the boxes. And it's currently free so jump on this while you can!

I was searching for an appointment booking app and nothing comes close to Meety. I needed something that would easily be embedded into my Shopify store and easy to set up. Meety is just that. I also love that I can have it coordinate to the branding I have on my store and add staff as my company grows. My favorite is that it easily integrates with Zoom so I don't have to worry about sending my clients any reminders and such as Meety does all the heavy lifting for me.

I am early into using this app, there was a few teething issues, but I am always someone to judge by the support I get and not the initial issues.

This has absolutely been the best experience I have ever had with an app or extenstion having anything to do with web design. I was SHOCKED at the level of customer service, Belle, and Macey, went WAY above and beyond. Something I have never experienced before working with any apps in web design. These are good people, who genuinely care. I can't say enough about how great my experience has been with them. I wish I could refer them to more people, because people need to know about this app, it's diverse functionality, and most importantly, the genuine customer service. I cant'a say enough good things about Meety. It's the best single thing in changing the direction of my business from selling products to selling services. 5 stars is a terribly inaccurate rating. I have to say the most impressive thing about Meety for me was the customer service. I wanted to tweak the software for direct bookings for my short term rental. The staff was not only extremely nice, caring, but very prompt. I had multiple requests, over multiple days, and their programmers literally did everything I asked for. I don't think I've ever received that type of support before. It works well, and the fact that there's people who will help you tweak it speaks volumes. Fully recommend. 5/5! Special shout out to Grace for her hard work with me.
