I am early into using this app, there was a few teething issues, but I am always someone to judge by the support I get and not the initial issues.

My support has been excellent, the message back rate is second to none, and the level of help has meant that I am now confident to launch my site with Meety in place, ready to take bookings and foresee no issues.

Magnifica App, he estado probando varias aplicaciones y todas fallan en algo importante. Meety tiene todo lo que necesitamos y funciona perfecto. El servicio es fenomenal, basta con hacer click en el chat y ya estan atentos a mis preguntas. La recomiendo 100%.

This app has been a game changer for scheduling classes as part of an annual festival. I was having glitches with some of my entries and reached out to the help desk. I received a response within an hour and the issue resolved within the next hour. The next day I was double checking and noticed some other things shifted. I reached back out and not only did they show me how to change things they also updated all the appointment times due to the changes on the back end so I didn't have to do double the work. I'm converting my other store over to this system ASAP! LOVE IT!

I have been using and testing this app for a few weeks. I was searching for an app that would allow customers to pick projects, and pick times to come into my studio and do them. There were many apps that claimed to do that, but nothing comes close to this app. Some features that I needed were still being developed, but that was NOT an issue. Didn't matter the time or day, I hit the chat button and within a minute, help was on the way, and they developed things on the spot for me. Hands down the absolute BEST customer service of any apps that I have used. The functionality of this app is amazing, and I am super excited to see what new developments they come out with, as it progresses. If you're looking for a booking app, do yourself a favor, and integrate this into your store! Super glad I found them, and recommend them to anyone!

I've experimented with most of the apps in the space and found this one to be the best suited to my personal needs. The development team has been wildly responsive to questions and feature asks, as well as reasonable about what they can and can't implement quickly to help me get going. A strong recommend from my end!

If I could give 100 stars I would. The support is OUTSTANDING with this app. I have installed and uninstalled a total of 8 booking apps prior to this one. I am so happy to have found this app as it works perfectly for what I need. If you are on the fence, just off and install this app!!!! You will not be disappointed. Reach out to support if needed as they are very responsive and helpful.

The Meety app is absolutely amazing and the support I received from Macie was exceptional. I can highly recommend this app. Two thumbs up!!

Lizie hat mir stets sehr ausführlich und hilfsbereit geantwortet und mir im Hintergrund Dinge eingestellt, die ich nicht selber bearbeiten konnte. Sie ist sehr kompetent und konnte mir immer weiterhelfen. Der Support und die einfache Handhabung hat mich dazu veranlasst, mich für diese App zu entscheiden.

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend Belle was so patient and understanding with my concerns and questions. she explained everything so simply and even helped me switch things around to gel properly. amazing app
