Appointment Booking App: Meety

I integrated the Meety booking app into my business. Setup assistance was phenomenal, and the support team was exceptional. They demonstrated a deep understanding of the product, were patient with inquiries, and proactively resolved my questions. The technical expertise and personalized attention impressed me the most. When setting up the app, the Meetly team were very helpful (shoutout to Macie!). Our theme had a conflict with the app, preventing the widget from showing, however, the team fixed that very quickly.

The app is easy to use and has plenty of customisation. Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant, this is the first time I've built a website so all of this is new to me. I decided to install Meety as the reviews were so good and it looked quite simple.

I have been using the app for my store for a week or so. It was easier to setup than others, the support is excellent and prompt via the chat function and the setup is very intuitive. This has helped streamline the capability of offering appointment booking from the website.

I was having minor issues navigating the app but their chat assistant Belle helped me out! So far its the best and most customizable booking app in the Shopify store!

Meety is a great app for appointment bookings. I've tested my first client with the app and all seems to be working perfectly. It organizes every meeting automatically in a nice calendar while sending emails to clients reminding them of their reservation. Everything can be modified and changed based on your needs and finally, support and feedback has been amazing thanks to Grace! And most importantly, he team had an answer for everything I asked for. Nach 5 Minuten war ich selber in der Lage, das Programm zu nutzen und einzubauen. Echt intuitiv! Mit Hilfe der Beratung von Meety, hier YVONNE, wren einige Randfragen wie zum Beispiel die Umschreibung der Pop-Ups innerhalb der Buchung leicht vom Englischen ins Deutsche selber zu übersetzen. Ich bin selber gespannt, was das Programm leistet, aber es fügte sich bislang problemlos in unseren Shop ein, Hut ab. Hier hätte ich mal kein Problem damit, allein wegen der deutschsprachigen Begleitung im Monat einen Beitrag zu zahlen,...hoffentlich liest das hier keiner;-)))
