Meety: Appointment Booking

I am early into using this app, there was a few teething issues, but I am always someone to judge by the support I get and not the initial issues.

My support has been excellent, the message back rate is second to none, and the level of help has meant that I am now confident to launch my site with Meety in place, ready to take bookings and foresee no issues.

I’ve tried multiple booking platforms over the course of a year for my business but meety has been the best so far. Everything is easy, there is so much versatility to cater to your business needs as well as the fact that there is a live agent who is able to help you out so much! My agent was Hannah, and I am so grateful for her help and extra effort in helping me edit my page when I did not know what to do. I would recommend this extension to anyone and everyone who is looking to add services and booking scheduling into your Shopify store.

The folks that work for this app have been so helpful and generous with their time. I am truly appreciative of the problem solving they have done with me. They really aim to figure out ways to integrate their app with the other apps that you have on your site.

I've just started using this app to schedule appointments through my website and I'm extreamly happy with it. I tried out a few apps for this purpose and Meety was hands down the best available. Once you get the app and running you get to meet their team and they are equally as amazing. Very helpful and quite kind. They will truly check on you through the entire process. I was searching for a booking app for a while and came across meety. It has all the functions I need and the support team have gone above and beyond with all my questions. I am still in the initial stage of integrating it to my website but so far so good and you can match it in and customise it well! Will know more once it is live and bookings have commenced but really happy with the app so far! Belle has been great too!

So far setting up has been easy and quick. I have not gotten to use the booking service yet but I look forward to it as I know if I have any issues I can get them resolved quickly and efficiently with the knowledgeable staff on hand I know my booking will be in the right app.

Great App and top notch customer service - could not have been any better

Easy to use and the support has been great.

I just installed the app. Even though I was having some trouble setting my services, the customer service team rescued me and guided me step by step. I even requested an add on and they immediately created a button for my homepage.

I have been trying many booking apps and by far this is one of the bests. And it feels that it works very smoothly on the shop.

I've experimented with most of the apps in the space and found this one to be the best suited to my personal needs. The development team has been wildly responsive to questions and feature asks, as well as reasonable about what they can and can't implement quickly to help me get going. A strong recommend from my end!
