The app definitely shows more than two menu items (it supports an unlimited number of menu items), as can be seen in the tutorial video of the app's dashboard. Something is probably misconfigured. Please send us your section configuration screenshot, and we'll help you resolve it ASAP.
Using the Mega Highlights Menu has improved my site's navigation tremendously. Visitors can easily find the most important sections of my site, thanks to the highlighted menu items.
