Mega Image Exporter scans your store and groups all the images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, JPEG) of all the products (or only those selected by you) in one catalog. This is the second time I have installed this app to download 10,000+ images from my Shopify store to input into my POS system. Both times the support has been quick to fix any issues I had. Would recommend.

If it downloaded just some fo the images, maybe the selection you made was an incorrect one, you can always reach out to our 24/7 support team and they will double check it for you.
Regarding refund - we're always issuing refunds to the customers that are not 100% happy with the app. In your case there were no charges yet.

I used this app to save time getting all my product images saved together and organized on my computer so I can optimize them and use them for advertising different channels!
