In all my years of using various apps for my Shopify store, I’ve never encountered support that insisted I "write a 5-star review first, THEN we will assist you." I hadn’t even started using the app to provide any review, let alone a 5-star one. I found this attitude appalling. Needless to say, I will be deleting this app and switching to one with better support.

It doesn't work. I have attempted to publish this on my theme many times without success. This is the first app I have been disappointed with. STILL BILLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

L'app è inaffidabile l'assistenza non risponde ai messaggi anche provando con altri canali di messaggistica niente non rispondono, si blocca continuamente ed è impossibile istallarla all'interno del tema, dopo ore di perdita di tempo l'ho disinstallata, aggiungo che avevo approvato il piano mensile di 9,99 quindi a maggior ragione dovevano almeno degnarsi di rispondere ai messaggi.

Don't use them at all, this app is ridiculous. This app is not complete and cant carry out duties as promised. Hate this app, waste my time and energy

Hukify and qikify are the same exact software, posing as two different companies and apps. Their product is absolutely useless and does not integrate with themes well at all. I don't know if anybody actually uses this

Our app is designed to work with most Shopify themes automatically, but some Shopify themes have unique code markup that may require some additional settings in the app to be configured.
