Keep having issues with menu going infront of the search bar, 3rd time Dev have "fixed" but keeps happening. Need to uninstalled as it makes website unusable..

Our app is designed to work with most Shopify themes automatically. However, some Shopify themes have unique code markup that may require additional configuration settings in the app.
When we fixed the issue, the menu started working on your site. Please remember to disable other menus; otherwise, it might cause conflicts between the two menus.

I am stunned that this app has a rating of 4.7. I spent a long time configuring the menu to find that none of the styling had been updated on the mobile version. I also noticed that before the desktop version loads it displays a larger font version of the same menu and the old Shopify menu, and then eventually the actual menu loads. I contacted their support who said there were no design options for the mobile version - it's simple blue text and that's it and that if I wanted the menu to load properly I had to upgrade to the premium version.
