The menu format is convenient, I figured it out the first time without instructions. When a question arose, I checked with support, Kien responded instantly and helped with the situation.

Great app, it's easy to use and make it easy to design and set out a menu the way you want it. I had a small tech issue (user error) but the support team were quick to respond and made the changes for me to make it work how I wanted. Would recommend.

Not only did the Menus help fix a lot of the bulking. The support from the team is a 1. They helped me get things going within the hour. seriously everyone needs this app.

L'app è inaffidabile l'assistenza non risponde ai messaggi anche provando con altri canali di messaggistica niente non rispondono, si blocca continuamente ed è impossibile istallarla all'interno del tema, dopo ore di perdita di tempo l'ho disinstallata, aggiungo che avevo approvato il piano mensile di 9,99 quindi a maggior ragione dovevano almeno degnarsi di rispondere ai messaggi.

So far so good! Very easy to figure out with many features even in the free plan. the only problem I had was getting the menu to activate. I used the help chatfeature, Kien helped me get the new navigation activated on my shop and everything was working in a very short time. Thank you Kien!

App is great. However menus needed further configuration outside of the app. Would be better if more options were available in the settings for people with no XML skills. Support was very helpful and fast to resolve any issues.

There are many menus one can choose from. Great free features to start with. Great customer support as well (respond very fast, even on a Saturday). Thank you!

There were a couple issues out of the box, but support has so far been extremely responsive and fixed the issues quickly. So far I am loving the menu and the customizability. I would give 5 stars if the app worked perfectly from the start without needing to contact support, but I have no complaints otherwise. Great app.

Was having issues getting the navigation bar to show up on the site after I designed it, and reached out to their customer service and it literally got fixed in less than an hour. The customer service is on point. Thank you!

I am stunned that this app has a rating of 4.7. I spent a long time configuring the menu to find that none of the styling had been updated on the mobile version. I also noticed that before the desktop version loads it displays a larger font version of the same menu and the old Shopify menu, and then eventually the actual menu loads. I contacted their support who said there were no design options for the mobile version - it's simple blue text and that's it and that if I wanted the menu to load properly I had to upgrade to the premium version.

The menu options on this app have endless capabilities. It has truly improved the overall appearance of my site and works better than other apps that I've tried. The customer support is also really great!
