We apologize for any confusion regarding our free plan. As stated in our pricing list, the free plan is available for development stores, which Shopify refers to as 'partner-friendly.'
We strive to be transparent with our pricing and ensure there is no deviation between what we promise in the listing and what the app delivers. We’d greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider your review, as it significantly impacts us, and we believe it's not entirely fair given the transparency of our pricing.
