Conjured Memberships

I love the customer service of this app. Got a problem solved before 10 am with added help on design. I knew I wanted to use this app after I saw all the talk about the customer service. They are not lying!

I spent about a month reviewing different membership apps, and this is by far the best made. Conjured fully engages with what membership can offer a business to provide bespoke experiences, and ways of keeping your members up to date. What really came as a surprise is their support, and willingness to explore new and better ways to develop their membership app. Within a few days of communicating with their team, they had already implemented a new feature within the app that we had requested. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

PROS - FEATURE FIT:
My partner and I were planing out how to start a community/schooling system without needing a separate platform like Patreon. Conjured memberships exclusive page view feature and the ability to set that based on each tier within the membership is clutch. We were able to build out the foundation to a community school that is hosted on our site so we never have to drive traffic elsewhere and we constantly get members to return for their exclusive content. USER EXPERIENCE:
I'm not tech savvy but I work with a lot of people who are. So, I can speak it, understand it and follow along however, I can not code it. I have many years of experience working with a plethora of softwares and I can say navigating my way through Conjured memberships was seamless. CUSTOMER SERVICE:
If you're not like me and tech makes your head explode, don't have any fear when installing Conjured memberships. I'm on a very different timezone than the team at Conjured and they respond quicker than I can keep up with. I'm not trying to overly praise them, but Char is the person helping me out and every time I have a question it's answered very fast. I only paid close attention to this because I had made a pretty big mistake causing my site to have conversion problems. I thought it was Conjured membership related and I was pretty frantic so I sat there watching my inbox waiting for a reply and I know it was LATE for Char. Didn't matter Char was up and didn't hesitate to sooth my worries and help me through it. Best part is, the problem wasn't even caused by Conjured and Char helped me through it anyway. If you're starting a membership program and Conjured meets your feature needs. It is a NO BRAINER to work with this team. CONS - I don't really have any cons. I know it's a newer app and they will be rolling out new upgrades as they build so maybe that's a con... IDK in our case we are a pretty particular use case so most features may not apply to us, but nevertheless I'll be excited to see how I can implement them in anyway I can.

I’ve been looking for a simple membership app to offer Prime style rewards (free shipping, discounts, members only products) to my customers. Conjured Memberships was the first thing I found which fit the bill. The team was super responsive and helpful in getting setup. I’m super excited to see how our customers like our new membership! Would definitely recommend!

Conjured made launching our bespoke membership program a breeze! Their onboarding team was extremely responsive and made some very useful customizations for us! We would highly recommend them.

Helpful and easy to work with to set up. Looking forward to additional membership revenue. Provides lots of interesting features that I haven't fully explored yet. Definitely worth giving a try!

If this rating had 10 stars, I'd give it. The team offers a generous amount of support and hand holding. Iv'e been using Conjured for club memberships and out of the box its great. Plus, with a few workarounds to personalize to my specific club tiers, it's fantastic. I recommend the app or team 100%. If you are looking for standard memberships, integrated with Shopify and email like Klaviyo, etc. This is your best decision.

Original review: This app has been easy to set up, and the customer service is exceptional! Makes it all worth it! They helped me step by step and helped configure some things I didn't know how to do. Great app, excellent service!

Update: After almost a year with Conjured, I've come across a fatal flaw.

In order to ship the products in my membership I need an accurate count of members and to export a list of all the active members and their shipping addresses. Seems simple right?

Conjured can export a list of active members and their *email* addresses. But to export *shipping* addresses, you must do it within Shopify, by creating a segment based on the automatic tagging in Conjured.

Unfortunately the tagging between Conjured and Shopify is buggy. I've been trying to export an accurate list of members and addresses for the last 3 days, going back and forth with Conjured and Shopify support. I have yet to get the lists to agree, and have lost maybe 6 hours to the project.

At this point, it seems the only way I'm going to get an accurate list is to check the members manually, and copy-paste addresses one-by-one for all the members who show up in Conjured but not in Shopify.

WTF am I spending money on this app for if it can't accurately track members?

I signed up for Conjured because I used to track my membership manually in Excel and was hoping to streamline things. LOLZ. Joke's on me.

One more major flaw I've discovered: It's impossible for someone to buy a gift membership through Conjured. The membership is always connected to the person who purchased it, and their shipping address, and there is no way to update or edit an address within Conjured.

Conjured support's solution for gifts? Cancel the membership and have the gift recipient just sign up themselves . . . Which kind of defeats the purpose of a gift.

In fairness, Conjured support has been helpful and responsive, but the software just can't reliably do the basic thing I installed it for.

I really recommend this app. If you're looking for a membership service to implement into your store then this is the app you should use. The benefits are innumerable - setup is easy and configuration is straight forward. For me, the Conjured Memberships support team has provided the best app and design support I have ever experienced.
