4 emails sent to customer agent to get my migration going and each and everytime, a new thing is not right on my file. They don't even have the respect to tell me everything at once, they made me loose so much time on creating 4 different CSV files and yet it's not working.
What a bad experience
I would not recommend this app to any one. We have tried numerous attempts to get help from someone but they only correspond by email, which is not in a timely manner. There is no onboarding service, so you download and try to figure it out. I searched for videos and it hasnt been helpful.
Original review: This app has been easy to set up, and the customer service is exceptional! Makes it all worth it! They helped me step by step and helped configure some things I didn't know how to do. Great app, excellent service!
Update: After almost a year with Conjured, I've come across a fatal flaw.
In order to ship the products in my membership I need an accurate count of members and to export a list of all the active members and their shipping addresses. Seems simple right?
Conjured can export a list of active members and their *email* addresses. But to export *shipping* addresses, you must do it within Shopify, by creating a segment based on the automatic tagging in Conjured.
Unfortunately the tagging between Conjured and Shopify is buggy. I've been trying to export an accurate list of members and addresses for the last 3 days, going back and forth with Conjured and Shopify support. I have yet to get the lists to agree, and have lost maybe 6 hours to the project.
At this point, it seems the only way I'm going to get an accurate list is to check the members manually, and copy-paste addresses one-by-one for all the members who show up in Conjured but not in Shopify.
WTF am I spending money on this app for if it can't accurately track members?
I signed up for Conjured because I used to track my membership manually in Excel and was hoping to streamline things. LOLZ. Joke's on me.
One more major flaw I've discovered: It's impossible for someone to buy a gift membership through Conjured. The membership is always connected to the person who purchased it, and their shipping address, and there is no way to update or edit an address within Conjured.
Conjured support's solution for gifts? Cancel the membership and have the gift recipient just sign up themselves . . . Which kind of defeats the purpose of a gift.
In fairness, Conjured support has been helpful and responsive, but the software just can't reliably do the basic thing I installed it for.
