Customer service is great. I am new to the app, but many people from a Facebook team I am on swear by this app for setting up a VIP program.

In wanting to create a membership on my Shopify store and became aware of Conjured. It looked like exactly what I wanted. The reviews I read were very positive and mentioned how great the customer service is, so I installed it.
I can now say that I know first hand why the reviews are so positive.
I am thrilled to find such a great app that provides all that I was looking for and more.

We have just installed this app and our first impressions are fantastic. We had some issues with our custom theme and the support team were amazing and fixed it straight away!

I have never said this before but if I could give an app 6 stars I certainly would for Conjured Memberships. First the app works flawlessly for what it is designed to do. I made 2 false starts with membership programs that were riddled with bugs and empty promises. Then I found Conjured. The app is very well thought out, it works great with many features but the support is what puts them on a new level. In the beginning I had many customizations I needed help with and they always answered my questions quickly often times they did the customization for me within a few hours. If you are looking for a membership program I cannot recommend Conjured highly enough!

The customer service is absolutely amazing! I had a lot of questions and they were so fast to reply...even on nights & weekends! They helped me get everything set up and even migrated my current members over from another app. This app has everything I was looking for.... the options to set up discount codes and discounted memberships, the option to set members only products and pages, and the option to choose your own membership term lengths (I needed monthly, 3 month, 6 month, and year). I am very impressed with this app and the conjured staff.

Conjured customer support is awesome! Super quick responses & they are super helpful when making modifications or figuring out how to account for edge cases.

THE GOOD: I went through 6 different membership/subscription apps before finding Conjured and I must say, this is by far the best choice out of them all. The simple to use, yet powerful, dashboard allowed me to create 3 three perfect membership options with varying tiers. I used it for creating a paywall to our digital offerings but I could see it also being a great tool for our physical products in the future. The support and responsiveness from the Conjured team has been amazing and when I had some design customization requests, they were attentive and even followed up with me to make sure I was happy. As someone who rarely ever leaves reviews, I will say that I am impressed and excited to see what else is in store in the future.
THE BAD: I trust this app with my entire business (750+ members) and have nothing negative to say about it.

I really recommend this app. If you're looking for a membership service to implement into your store then this is the app you should use. The benefits are innumerable - setup is easy and configuration is straight forward. For me, the Conjured Memberships support team has provided the best app and design support I have ever experienced.
