This app is incredibly difficult to navigate. I purchased the most expensive package, expecting it to automate reports based on historical data, as other inventory apps do. Unfortunately, it still requires significant manual effort on the backend to generate reports—tasks that can just as easily be done using Shopify's built-in reports.

Initially, I tried the basic plan during the trial and was satisfied with it, which led me to upgrade to the more expensive package. However, when I needed support, all I received were lengthy written instructions, which did little to resolve my concerns. A few days into using the app, I requested a refund because I was dissatisfied, but it was denied due to my use of the trial period.

If you're looking for an app to save time with automated inventory management, this is not the one. I would not recommend it.
