I love the app and the careful attention that the staff has with the clients, I would like to make two suggestions so that the app is perfect for me: 1.- the process of canceling an order is complicated, when a client cancels an order they They do not assure you that the fulfillment will be stopped. 2.- when for some reason the payment of the cost of the item cannot be made, the app does not notify you that there is a problem and I do not know that the order is not being processed . in everything else I love this app .. thanks

I use this app for my business it works great!! But there is room for improvement there needs to be a pre staging where you can make adjustment to the product page before you push the product to your store this would help with SEO and other things. My first order was processed and shipped in 3 todays. My customer received there order within 6 days after they order it. Thank you MerchMixer keep up the good work.

I am new for this drop shipper application but I already made a sale for them and I find out they are very organized, everything working well with shopify, no errors no nothing. Their products kind of unique my site also kind of unique so we match each other. I would like to see more decorative items as well as in home and garden category. I strongly suggest MerchMixer to add your site.

I added this app recently, They have a very good selection of products, mostly ship from the USA. the images' qualities are good, however, they don't have separate images for multi-pack items. I wish they had a chat option with their support team, although I was able to reach out to them by email. Thank you
