We've been working with picanova for approximately 1.5 years now. We started off with an manual approach using their B2B portal. After a year of learning, expanding and developing we are highly motivated do continue our growth using the automated API connection. Once you've reach a curtain volume you will get a sales account assigned supporting your endeavors. The support's been great so far. Pricing and terms seem to be reasonably fair. We also trust in the quality of their products. It's not that the products are flawless, but if you'll encounter any issues, the replacement or refund is more than customer friendly. A true hidden champion.

Really good experience with Picanova so far. The quality of the printing is top notch, so we can feel confident scaling our buisness with them. In terms of pricing I don't think you can beat them, at least on the European market The main advantage for us is the possibility to use their API to make our process automatic with our store I would appreciate a better direct way to communicate with them, but overal very satisfied with the support and quality

The service is great, the prices are very competitive. The quality of the canvases is high They still have some small technical problems but they are giving me all the necessary assistance If I can leave a piece of advice, it would be much better to be able to sell with the same store both in Europe and in the USA. At the moment it is not possible to use the same Store to sell, for example, in the UK and the USA 5 stars you deserve!

Eine sehr gute App für alle die POD machen. Anbindung geht einfach, Lieferzeiten sind Top und die Preise sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Nur zu empfehlen. Und bei Fragen ist der Support immer schnell zu erreichen.
I am working with Picanova GmbH since end of the last year. The product quality is great, shipping is super fast and packaging looks good. You have also the opportunity to have your brand name as sender name on the shipping label. The fulfillment is also really easy and convenient. All in all 5 stars and a great company.
Ich arbeite jetzt seid ungefähr 1 Jahr mit Picanova zusammen und ich muss euch ein großes lob aussprechen. Die Zuverlässigkeit eurer Arbeit und die Produktqualität ist Top! Auch die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von meinen Persönlichen Ansprechpartner ist Perfekt!
