MESA is the only reasonably priced integration and automation platform I've been able to find and this is NOT a "you get what you pay for" situation. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable, and the majority of my issues have been resolved same day. A healthy amount of updates have been added since we have been a customer. We recently upgraded to the unlimited tier and are excited to take advantage of those additional features.

I'd like to see support hours expand to include regular Eastern Time working hours, but this has been only a slight inconvenience.

Mesa has become the hub for all things automation in our Shopify store. We have been able to utilize Mesa to connect, automate and transform many of our previously manual operations. From finance to scheduling, and many other areas in between. Their support has been timely and extremely helpful, even helping to troubleshoot or create custom workflows when needed.

Onboarding with this app has been a breeze. In this day of bots and AI, I worked with real people, on the phone with me. They checked in with me to be sure everything's running as it should. I have no qualms about reaching out if I need an adjustment. Or if I wanted to expand my use of the app. Highly recommend.

Great App! Enables us to automate so many things that would otherwise be incredibly difficult and time-consuming the manage. The support team is also very responsive and helpful in setting up automations that are a bit more complex than my brain can handle.

This automation saved hours of data entry work!!! The setup was a bit confusing for me even using the ai assistant BUT Abby S. from MESA jumped on the chat and saved the day! Amazing support and customer service. I was ready to give up and now I am never leaving! Thanks MESA and Abby!
