Daniel and Emily are amazing support specialists, and walked me through my custom workflow. Their help has saved me hours of work and headache.

We worked out the bugs together and got it tailored specifically for my needs, and they were very patient and listened attentively not just to what I needed, but also why I needed it.

Amazing features and great customer support! The team worked tirelessly with us to customize multiple workflows and helped us achieve a particular automation that is going to save us a lot of time. Highly recommend.

We just needed this app for a very, very simple function - to pass one line of data per order.
In the space of a month the app automatically upgraded us from $12 Basic plan to $99 per month for the simplest of tasks that turns out, we were being charged per order at our store and the app considered each order 'a task'.
It's totally overpriced.
Perhaps if you're going to be using multiple functions it's worth the $$$. But, if you're a high-volume store that just needs a tiny portion of the app's functionality, then it's crazy expensive due to its per order pricing model.

I have tried several automation tools, both Shopify apps and external ones with Shopify integrations. MESA is the only one I found being able to cover more than the basic automation needs. Their support is amazing, dedicated and honest. Unfortunately their app wasnt able to meet our current demands because of our non-Shopify infrastructure. After they gave it their best try to solve our needs they explained to us why they couldnt at the moment and gave us an option to solve it, when we decided not to go for that option they refunded all monthlu fees we had paid during the development time, no additional questions asked.

this app is very hard to use doesn't have very many options for different workflow. I would recommend zapier way more because zapier has way more options and customization as well as it's cheaper. Plus this app charged me after I installed the app. Horrible experience would not recommend.

Extremely helpful team that will help develop workflows for you. Tons more options than the Shopify Flow app. The workflows can be challenging to build and not very intuitive.

Amazing app - I am no coding expert by any means but the functionality is very user friendly and if you have any problems the team is SO hopeful. I'm based in Aus, so the time difference can be tricky but both Abby and Jordin were able to assist with a flow I'd spent far too long trying to figure out and then went above and beyond by duplicating for our necessary locations. The other aspect I love about MESA that makes it far more advantageous than ShopifyFlow, is the ability to test your workflow time and time again before going live.

This app completely changed my store. I have tried for months to use different programs to tag my products so my filters would work and I had no luck. I tried multiple apps, chatgpt, and other AI programs and it never worked. This app is great and tagged all my products to what I needed instantly. Customer service also answers quickly and will fix any issue you have fast A+++
