MESA: Workflow Automation

I have this app linked up with Tracktorpad to provide a first class tracking solution for my customers. We have added some additional custom statuses using the API available - Matt was fantastic in helping us set this up and I have no doubt it will massively drive down the number of queries we receive going forward given the functionality it adds to our site!

I can't say enough good about Mesa and their support staff in helping us get up and running with some super-efficient workflows to help us streamline and automate processes.

This app does exactly what I needed it to do! I wanted to add a custom box with our logo to the order based on the total weight of the order and it works perfectly in tests. Furthermore, I was offered help to configure the workflows and Daniel from the support team was excellent in providing me the help that I needed. Thank you MESA!

Mesa is essentially the Zapier of Shopify. We use it to connect with the Infinite Options app to take form entry data into a Google Sheet. We're hoping it integrates with ConvertKit soon to tag customers into email sequences. The only thing I would hope for (that I know they are working on) is that it's a bit tricky to get every custom form data into individual cells onto a Google sheet. That being said, the customer service team is awesome and helped us set that up, free of charge. Great folks, great product!

Easy to use and setup. Support is very helpful. I have tested for a couple days now for my Shopify to Airtable and it'w working exactly how I wanted.

The app works great for me and my business and is making reporting a breeze.

This application saved significant development time. There are other services/apps that allow similar automation, but what separates MESA is ShopPads customer service. With other larger companies, you sometimes wait a week for technical help. ShopPad responds quickly and can even address complicated code questions if you decide to write custom code for their automation framework.

I used this app to set up an automation to work in close coordination with our fraud detection application. Mesa customer support was amazing. They helped me get the automation up and running in a few hours. - I started my question on chat and then ironed it out over email. Thank you Mesa for saving us time and money!

Incredibly useful app! It has replaced zapier and adds many more features that are suited for shopify. We're currently using it to send orders placed on one store, and send it to our main shopify store. Great app and terrific service!
