Just installed this app a few days but I have been shocked by the level of help and support from their team. They were really responsive in customizing for exactly what I was trying to do, and troubleshooting over email after the automation was built. Impressed!
The app has many capabilities that will be useful for my business. Quick and helpful responses from the support team, shoutout to Abby who helped to customize my workflow within 1 day of reaching out. Great customer service.
Mesa is a great solution for us to be able to create specific logic and add marketing collateral to our customer orders. The customer service is fast, efficient, and very detail oriented!
I really like this app. It helps us track the fulfillment of our store orders. Their customer support is a big PLUS coz they respond fast and accurately with any inquiries or help needed.
Mesa has been a game changer for our business. With a custom headless solution there are many "out-of-the-box" plugins that we can't use, but Mesa has totally changed that for us. With their simple-to-use custom API options, transform capabilities and more it makes the possibilities of what you can do with your Shopfiy store nearly limitless, even when running a headless Shopify site.
And, if you ever get stuck, their support team is always super helpful.

Set up workflows to offer loyalty gifting to subscription customers via recharge. Was having trouble setting it up, and their expert support got on a zoom with me to troubleshoot live, and ended up redoing the work I’d done incorrectly. Would give 10 stars if possible.
MESA is super helpful in automatically updating the order statuses. Saves a lot of time so you focus on different tasks of your business.

Our entire workflow is dependent on Mesa pushing order details to Airtable. Whenever I've had an issue, Jordin on their support team has saved the day. If the app is 5 stars, I'll give their support team 6 stars.
Amazing service! they went out of their way to adjust the workflow to my needs (Everything was done during the time that i work not when I sleep)
