MESA is the only reasonably priced integration and automation platform I've been able to find and this is NOT a "you get what you pay for" situation. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable, and the majority of my issues have been resolved same day. A healthy amount of updates have been added since we have been a customer. We recently upgraded to the unlimited tier and are excited to take advantage of those additional features.
I'd like to see support hours expand to include regular Eastern Time working hours, but this has been only a slight inconvenience.

Mesa has become the hub for all things automation in our Shopify store. We have been able to utilize Mesa to connect, automate and transform many of our previously manual operations. Onboarding with this app has been a breeze. In this day of bots and AI, I worked with real people, on the phone with me. They checked in with me to be sure everything's running as it should.
