SLOT seems to be best suited to what I need it for, I just am not booking enough online to justify the expense at this time. I reached customer service via the app to cancel and Andrii was pleasant and helpful.

App doesn't work just keeps showing the loading screen, I reached out to support and there was no answer even after waiting several days.

Clark is very helpful. I installed this app a year ago, it done what I wanted but after a year I noticed several things I wanted to see could be improved. I messaged Clark and he jumped on even after hours and started going to work on my concerns. I even stepped away for over an hour and he was still on line waiting for me to get back with him to ensure he has resolved all my concerns. Top notch service from Clark for sure.

This app doesn't work, it keeps loading and refuses to launch. Literally the only app that does this.

Works okay, but they sell your email and info. Got a bunch of spam emails and this is the only app I have installed

I definitely struggled with it when I was first setting it up. However, The developer was always INSANELY fast to get back to me about any issues that I had. He even worked with me on a Sunday Morning for 2 hours to get everything fixed and helped create different options to make sure my clients could navigate everything better. I was attempting to use this app to integrate appointments for my studio. Set up was difficult due to the lack of instruction, demo, or help pages available for users. Once that was finally figured out- there were other issues with clients being able to check out without paying, and check out by paying and not scheduling. Schedules were not populating accurately and the help chat takes way too long to respond- not answering vital questions. For example- how can I add appointments on the back end of the above happens- to make sure the time is blocked off and make sure that clients have their appointment locked in. No response- or delayed response that takes 3 hours to get an issue resolved. I’m really not happy with this app and will be looking elsewhere. I understand that there are issues with new apps- however these things are the basic functionality- book an appointment and pay at check out for your selected date and time. This is not what happens currently. I hope they fix it soon!

Exactly what I was looking. But almost anyone could say that because it does almost everything.. well, maybe everything. And it's cheap.. although I wasn't looking for cheap. The best part, though, was when I hit the chat button, expecting nothing, or worse.. a bot, and instead got a real live English-speaking person who, with just a few (chat) words on my part, proceeded to setup my account exactly as I wanted it from his end (as an admin), in just a few minutes. In. Out. Perfect. I'm set. So I'm sticking with this app.

It seems quite straightforward but I feel like the language could be plainer and easier to understand. It wasn't immediately obvious to me how to install the widget to my shopify page without making a new page (mine was already done) and I doubt I would have been able to figure out the code had I not asked for help.

This Scheduling App is the best I have found so far. Two main points of excellence: 1. You can set up an appointment to take a deposit or pay influx upfront for your time. Huge!! Everybody that buys online has to pay for it up front, why not for scheduling for your personal time as well. 2. Phone customer support with someone in the US, They will walk you through the steps or if it's something that you are just not getting they will set it for you. Huge!! again the value here is well worth the added expense per month for you to look more professional and take control of your income for your time!!

I use this App to help organise test ride bookings for my bike shop! I downloaded the app and within 5 minutes the app was set up and integrated into my shop, I have tested the product by booking myself and it worked flawlessly first time!

I had installed another scheduling app previous to finding this app by Copilot but I found it was lacking some features and was too difficult to get up and running.
I saw the Appointment Scheduling App on my second search and it seemed to be what I needed but I was really intrigued at the comments about the tech support.
After I installed the app and started to get into the little details I found myself in the "I need some help" situation. True to the other reviews I was able to quickly connect with Clark through the chat portal and within minutes was able explain what I needed and then was walked through the process very efficiently so that I could get on with the rest of the set up.
I'm happy to say that with my minimal to non existent web building skills that I now have a fantastic functioning scheduling system that works how I envisioned it.
Great work by the Copilot team for building the app and the product support.
