I tried and deleted multiple apps until I found copilot. I was able to speak with the owner who helped set up the calendar to fit my specific needs. If something needed to be tweaked, they were prompt to getting back with me to help out. I would very much recommend this app.

Had an issue, had it resolved quickly by their support team. I appreciate the timely response and manner in which my issue was resolved.

Thank you for your review. We just tested your app and found no issues with the limitation rule you have in place; please refer to our tests created for 5/26/23. After 3 appointments were made we were unable to make a 4th. Please email us if you have any questions, we'd be happy to assist.

When its working its great but 90% of the time the app wont load or show me the calendar and so Ive missed several appointments, theres no way to contact for help either through the help button.

We are sorry to hear about this issue. The problem is resolved by simply clearing your browser cache. We offer help through the app and you can reach us from several touch points within your Shopify admin. You did send us a message regarding this matter and we replied directly via email.

So easy to use (as a site owner and for customers) and any questions or help needed have been addressed promptly by customer service. Definitely recommend!

I had a few questions regarding the sync of my calendar on all my products. Clark from customer care was quick to respond and even fixed my issue in minutes! This app is great for my pet sitting business!! 5 Star customer care!!

They made an update to the app, now it doesn't work and their support is non existent. It says that they reply in 3 minutes or less, it's been over 12 hours and nothing. I wrote to them during business hours and so far no word from anyone on their team. Prior to their update, the app was ok, and it did what it had to. Now it doens't work at all, so even when peopel do schedule a call you can't see it and you end up just getting angry customers saying that no one is calling them. Stay away from this app.
