I also get this error message and do not know how to integrate messenger.

The domain you are hosting the Facebook Javascript SDK is not in your app's Javascript SDK host domain list. Please specify your host domain in the App Dashboard login settings.

I added the Messenger Channel to my apps and it crashed all of the Facebook and Instagram integrations. Now FB & Insta are no longer integrated with Shopify and I can not reconnect. I reach out to Shopify customer support who promised to work with the developer and get back to me in 24 hours...that was over a week ago with no response or solution. Facebook is our largest customer referral source and we are losing money every day this integration is broken!
