I had a small problem with the app showing as not being connected to my store no matter how many times I enabled it and refreshed the page, but after shopify support followed up with me and thru many detailed and rigorous testing, we found there was a technical issue that was caught and they are handling it right now. I appreciate their support team and the rep JP for helping sort thru this problem and for his dedication to ensure a quality app was experienced.

Facebook and Messenger Sales Channels worked before on my Shopify Shop with this plugins, but not anymore. Please fix the issues as soon as possible.
Thanks for sharing your feedback! Apps and channels that connect to outside services can sometimes disconnect when account changes are made or those services experience outages. I have tried to use this app for 2 weeks now and still Doesn't Connect at all. I would for it to work, please fix this issue.

Doesn't work for us, unfortunately. Customer order updates work, but chat cannot connect at all :(

the Messenger app is fun and easy to use, the support team is fast and helpfull! i recommend this app !
Having a live chat app thru facebook messenger is great. The only think I dislike is that it pop ups another tab just to load the messenger instead of live chatting thru our website. Nowadays, most browsers by default blocks popups, which can hinder the use of this app.
Just a couple of clicks to install and use.
I can not connect to messenger from my online store! buuuuu!
