We've had a great experience using Metafields Guru to sub in small fixes that would otherwise require development work. Even in instances where the fix is outside of the realm of the app, the support team (Sasha - Co-Founder) went above and beyond to help identify small code fixes that would solve our problem. The team at Metafields Guru is fantastic and always happy to help.

One of the most important things to have with an app is excellent customer service. Not being an expert with this app and having a developer install and set it up meant that I didn’t have a lot of background on how to operate this app on my own. When I reached out I received an almost immediate response with a plan of action. They went in and handled the issue for me and showed me step by step how they did it. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience and know that the right app was chosen for my site. Can’t say enough about how positive my experience was.

I use this app to generate all information about the products with JSON including picture video and all information, it's easy to update the template anytime I like for all products, also the user interface is so simple and easy to understand.

We are on a free plan and the customer service was amazing. I sent 3 emails regarding an issue I had and I received 3 very clear detailed answers within 30 minutes of sending them.
