Metafields Manager

We have been using Metafields Manager for over five years and it has been excellent. It requires more than basic skills but it does the job impressively well and, on the few occasions we have hit a road block, the assistance from Jason at Metafields Manager has been responsive and decisive.

This is the best app at what they do. - It might take a min to understand how the app works, but when you do it is genius. We got 9 shops, and this app is installed on all of them.

The best thing about this app is Jason! - He is super helpfull and if you have a problem, he makes sure you get it solved.

We have used Metafields for years as a key part of entire Shopify site architecture, allowing a "CMS" for all of our individual product data without code changes. Extremely versatile and robust in its capabilities. Jason on the support side has been awesome to work with and always answers questions promptly with helpful guidance.

The team at Metafields Manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to support me in adding some functionality to our site. They are quick to answer questions and super helpful. To be honest, I did not expect this level of service from an app partner. They blew my mind and I would recommend Metafields Manager to everyone simply based on how they back up the technology!

Could not imagine a better app for adding descriptive fields to a store. Used it without any issues for a couple of months - then when I ran into a couple of minor problems I could not figure out myself..discovered the fantastic customer support (Jason) which was prompt, detailed and dealt clearly and concisely with my issue in simple language I could easily take on board. Only beginning to explore what Metafields can do. Won't be looking elsewhere and commend this app to all users.

We rely on the metafields to function 100%. We had an issue when a product was put in draft mode and the color choice thumbnails disappeared. They responded and corrected very quickly. They went in the back end and supplied code to fix and went above and beyond.

I must start off by saying that the support that Jason provides is second to none. At first some of this can be a little confusing. Jason worked with me to determine what metafields could and could not do for our store. He went well beyond what I would call reasonable. The app does a good job of setting up and managing metafields inside the store. The only issue I found is easily accessing products in the metafield manager app, however this can be done in the more actions dropdown on the product listing in the store, so it was a non issue. The import and export via spreadsheets works, however I would strongly recommend teaming this up with excelify. This combo allows me to bulk upload products with custom fields, in groups of 100-300 in a reasonable amount of time.

Great app but recently stopped supporting Safari, not sure why. Now I'm forced to use another browser just to use this app. Very frustrating.

I've had a great experience so far using the app. Jason was really helpful writing some logic that I needed to use to make a collection metafield work for me. The HTML and image upload options for entering content into metafields are really nice.

This app helped us with a longstanding problem with displaying our products. Very impressed with support, who immediately understood what we were trying to accomplish. You really should give this app a try. It is very flexible and fairly easy to use also. A winner. Five stars.
