The support team behind Meteor Menu went above and beyond to implement ADA compliance changes to the menu on a super short timeline. Our menu is now compliant thanks to them!
I love how easy it is to create and add/edit current menus. The support team has been very quick and helpful if I've ever had a problem. I had tried a couple of other menu apps before this and found them really confusing, but I highly recommend this.
Gros problème avec mon menu qui avait totalement disparu (par ma faute), heureusement Jakin m'a trouvé une solution et a pris le temps de résoudre mon problème. Merci pour sa patience et son professionnalisme. Je recommande l'application, les menus sont bien faits et facile d'utilisation. Met en valeur la page d'accueil du site

This app looks great on my storefront and was exactly what I was looking for. The team has been SO incredibly helpful providing solutions to some minor issues I’ve encountered. They answered my emails quickly, their solution was easy to follow and worked each time. Highly recommend this app.

I really like this app. It took about a day to get familiar enough with it to get the look I wanted, but the app is well designed and I was able to do just that. Their AI ChatBot got me 90% of the way. I appreciate having that knowledge base available. For the last 10% I was able to chat through with a live person and got all my answers. It was a little pricier than others, but for the ease of use and what a good mega menu does for your shoppers, it was worth it.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the technical support. I was treated like someone who was bothering them rather than a customer needing assistance. Instead of receiving real help, I was told to speak with AI regarding Meteor Mega Menu. I expected professional service, understanding of the issue, and a practical solution. It was a very disappointing experience. It is also difficult to speak of professionalism when their emails end up in the spam folder.

We tried every menu app on the Shopify app store, and this one is by far the easiest and best. It works perfectly on web, tablets, and mobile devices.
The loading time is super quick, it's robust, and it does not break.
If you want an easy solution for a professional-looking menu, then look no further. We especially like the icon menu option.
