Wow great app! And customer support is outstanding.. The chat feature on their customer support is the best. Kyle spent a long time getting this menu to work with my theme.
AN AWESOME APP backed up with awesome support is always a winner,if i could rate 6 stars i would, i had a few issues to begin with but kyle helped me sort it all out in no time, highly customisable menus and layouts. Highly recommend this app for your menu needs!!!

APP is easy to use
But like another comment, if you want to get the fast response, you need to write here not by email. That's why I do not give 5 stars.
Hi again 👋 we still don't have any record of you reaching out from your shop email. It's possible your message got caught by a spam filter, but we looked and couldn't find it.
Using the app's chat widget is a guaranteed way to get in touch with us; you'll get a response within 24 hours M-F (and usually much faster than that) 😊
Great customer support especially Kyle made the setup easy and my website sexy, would recommend, Kyle for president!
However, the $14 price point is a bit pricey, despite the experience being provided to me being priceless, due to the ongoing world crisis I'd appreciate a cheaper option as I'm only using one menu item.

best menu app out there and incredible service. the menu wasn't showing right on mobile and after emailing them they went into the theme of my site and fixed it right away!!

The customer service sucks and they just send you links to follow, not help. The app downloads categories, otherwise it is terrible. Spend hours to learn a system that you pay them a monthly fee for. They can at least attach it to your site and make sure it works for you ... before you get so mad and delete them again and think I don't need your service.

With Meteor, all of the mega menu content is controlled by the navigation menus you've configured in Shopify, so if you want to change the categories (aka collections) or products shown in a mega menu, then you would need to edit menu items using the navigation settings in Shopify admin.

Not only is the Mega Menu way, way easier to build than other more expensive options but the support is top notch. Brett was amazing at making changes that were not available as standard options but made all the difference to how we use the app. It's sleek, easy and does exactly what it's supposed to, all backed by great support - what's not to like?
