Extremely hard to edit your product's Microsoft shopping fields needed for Microsoft Merchant Center and Microsoft Advertising. There is no way in the MS Channel app to search for your product, so you have to scroll through dozens of pages of unsorted items. And it's very slow. They used to integrate better with access to a specific product's MS shopping fields from the shopify product page, but this integration no longer works.

We have been unable to get more than 1 product out of our entire catalog published and active, with no warnings or rejected products, and have been unable to generate any sales, despite excellent success with google ads. Not sure what the problem is, but the product sync does not seem to work for us, which is crucial, so our campaigns can only advertise one of our 100+ products.
Wasted a lot of money paying for $20 + per day campaigns that resulted in no sales.

Set up was very quick and easy, linked to site was also simple and quick, cant wait to launch first campaign. Working with Microsoft support team is awesome, great support.. Would recommmend this advertising platform to anyone serious about reaching there projected numbers

I am not seeing a lot of traffic just yet. But I like the ease of integration with Shopify. I am hopeful as I lest. The app and make changes.

I have had issues with almost every other sales channel I've used.
Every aspect of the Microsoft Channel just worked the way it was supposed to. From initial setup, to creating ads to creating and adding tags. It all just worked. I was blown away.
Then, when I went to create my first campaign (not being familiar with the process, I was worried I'd mess it up) I got a phone call "from ad support" offering to assist me on my Ad Setup.
Again... Blown Away...
On a scale from 1 to 10, you guys get a 25. Well done, Microsoft!

It is a channel that has helped us reach a broader audience, easy to configure and manage.

I have always loved Microsoft, call me biased but im a sworn xbox gamer and windows user, so honestly I couldn't see myself feeling safer or more at ease using another service, thank you microsoft!
