Terrible customer service. I had an issue that they told me they resolved, but they did not in fact get the issue resolved. As a result, I have lost money due to their poor service.

Does not work, Looking for another App. I have downloaded and reinstalled multiple times to see if it works - Keeps getting this Error "We're currently unable to validate your
credentials. Please disconnect and then
reconnect to your Microsoft Advertising account
to fix this issue." However there is no prompts or option to connect to the Microsoft Advertising Account. I reached out to Support Also, they asked me to Upload a Screenshot but still no reply. If i get some kind of resolution, will update my review.

I used this app to start keeping all of my emails documents and photos for my new ecommerce company. at this point I am just starting to learn the ins and outs of the legal side of start up business stage. This app has helped me understand what I am doing and to keep it all detailed and organized.

User friendly and simple to learn. The whole setup only took about 10 min and the ad was live within a few hours.

I has taken me a long time. For this I think a platform must be created that is user friendly and perhaps guided instruction supplied. The assumption is, everyone is a super kryptonite programmer but actually what you get and paid for is a daily secretary. We are dealing with structural matters..hehe For advertising you may need a secretary actually an advertising person with know how that includes programming. So, yah, most will not be programmers and that has turned into secretarial clerical business which cost 5$ an hour..I think.

It is crappy app with no support whatsoever! I set everything up and I started the marketing. All thumbs up, except no ads are running and nothing happens. It has been like that since October 8th! and after writing to support, I got nothing!
