Can't connect merchant center store to shopify. Keep getting an error that says "duplicate store name". Contacted shopify support, they said it was on Microsoft's end. Contacted Microsoft support and they had no clue what to do. The solution given to me from the support agent was "Change your store name". Yeah I'm not going to change my store name that I use across all platforms because there is a technical problem with your application. What a joke. Also all products just show pending for weeks at a time. Don't waste your time with this app.

The product could be great.
Pros -
They add the conversion code for Bing Ads, so that you don't have to.
They create the Product Feed and keep it up to date with Bing Ads - This is important.

Con - For some reason, they need to add code to your home page that adds a few seconds to the load time. This is unacceptable. This is the reason that I have uninstalled it. It practically doubles my load time. You can check this on GtMetrix.

Just started using the app I have high expectations for it. Waiting for my products to be approved, so right now I'm just waiting. I don't have any worries about approval. I believe this is what my store needs to get off the ground.

I can't even complete registration because it says my country doesn't match. I am a U.S. citizen, located in the U.S., with a registered U.S. business. We both could have made money off this....one star.

I literally opened an account with Microsoft, with a new Shopify store, new domain name, new email address, new everything. Minutes after creating the account it was temporarily suspended. Called about it, put in review, after almost a week and submitting drivers license, business license, and EIN from IRS my account was permanently banned for fraudulent activity in ads that I never got to run.

Would not recommend.
