Instantly disapproved within hours of installation, as well as "suspended" with no explanation, nor any ability to rectify the situation. Don't waste your time installing this thing.
No help from worthless chat, either. I get the same message other people have received.
WORTHLESS SUPPORT. No help whatsoever, no information on their "DECISION" to not allow my store on the platform. Clowns.

I would do less than 1 star if possible! My store got banned and flagged for high risk and no one will explain to me what is high risk about my store because according to the "support" team they say it's confidential... it's my store and my account, I verified my information just to be told that they can't tell me whats wrong or how to fix the issue! Complete useless and its sad that they can't even provide real information or at least give a phone number to talk to a REAL person and get an explainnation on the real problem for why they banned your store 1 hour after creating an account!
This was a complete waste of my time and energy that I could have been using for a company that actually help and care for their customers.

Microsoft is probably the worst company they blocked my business for no reason. Saying it was a security issue and then just blocking me after verifying.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the Microsoft Shopify app. After being given access to download the app, I was disappointed to find that it does not give me access to the United Kingdom.
As a business owner who relies heavily on the Shopify platform, it is extremely frustrating to be unable to access the Microsoft Shopify app in the UK. I would like to know why this app is not available in the UK and when it is expected to roll out in this region.
Furthermore, I am disappointed that I was given access to download the app without being made aware of its limitations. This has caused a significant waste of time and resources for me and my business.
I would like to register an official complaint and request that you provide a clear explanation for why this app is not available in the UK, and when we can expect to have access to it. I hope that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience.

App no longer works, and No feeds are generated. Only a blank screen loads. 5 days and Microsoft support have yet to respond to 3 tickets. It's useless.

Terrible customer service. I had an issue that they told me they resolved, but they did not in fact get the issue resolved. As a result, I have lost money due to their poor service.

set up an account to launch my store. some thing went wrong i was told to delete it and redownload it and it locked my account. microsoft they said its permanently locked

Went through the hoopla of setting it up. Denied for some undescribed reason and am told to "call a support agent". I think not. Stick with Google. Wayy more user friendly and intuitive.

I literally opened an account with Microsoft, with a new Shopify store, new domain name, new email address, new everything. Minutes after creating the account it was temporarily suspended. Called about it, put in review, after almost a week and submitting drivers license, business license, and EIN from IRS my account was permanently banned for fraudulent activity in ads that I never got to run.
Would not recommend.

If I could give no stars I would! I literally set up my account and the next day it was blocked and denied yet they can't tell me the reasoning for it. I SELL CLOTHES. What could be offensive about that?!?!?!?
