I wish I can give 0 to this channel. none sense!! greedy !!! they offer the free listing tab, and when i click on it, I don't see my products. this channel is strange and useless. what a shame

The app worked great, until we upgraded to Shopifys new TY and Order Status page. Now it seems the conversion script doesnt work anymore. I am seeing the Microsoft Channel in my Customer Events Pixels page, however it says disconeected.

Can anyone tell me if this is still being integrated or perhaps I have a bug?

Update: I have now spent several hours appealing and calling support. They don't have any real people that work in the department. I would watch out for this app because they are taking a copy of your entire product catalog before they have even verified the account, and in my case they will not even get me a person to talk to. This app is beyond garbage. I prefer Google, but figured I would give Microsoft a try and this app does not integrate well with Shopify whatsoever. Literally every button that was clicked would cause the app to crash. I tried to run an ad campaign and input my card and it crashed 5x in a row, which led to my account being locked.
