I was encountering errors and it also appears the tracking code failed to install on any pages (I had to install a Chrome Extension to figure this out).

This freaking company has declined my Shopify store stating the store is HIGH RISK to other advertising companies/customers. This is ridiculous and it didn't take few seconds to set it up but more like an hour plus 2 hours of trying to fix the issue. Nobody needs this shitty platform/app when you can advertise using FB, Google, Bing, etc. Perhaps this is why this platform/app has such bad reviews and will get more of them coming up. Stay away!!

Update: I have contacted their support team through email as suggested below. The answer remains the same - I do not have the right to know the reason. They block your account without any reason. Unfortunately, there is no transparency here. They will tell you that you don't have the right to know the reason.

Encouraged to set it up via marketing in my shopify store only to find it impossible to set up despite me already having a Microsoft advertising account. After a lot of button clicking I discovered it was not for UK use so a complete waste of my time. Ideally should not be told to set it up if it's then incompatible.

Thank you so much for your interest in the Microsoft Advertising app. At this time, this app is only available for U.S. and Canada. However, you can get set up with Microsoft Shopping campaigns here: https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en-us/solutions/ad-products/shopping-campaigns.

We have since limited the availability of the app to just U.S. and Canadian markets. We are hoping to expand the app into all Microsoft Shopping campaign eligible markets in the near future. Easy and effortless set-up, rest remains to be seen. I like the $150 in ad bonus. It will help me understand how it goes and if it is worth spending money through Microsoft ad account.
