Terrible experience! I can't decide which one is worse, their platform or their support!
We have a 6-figure ad budget, and we wanted to activate this channel as well as Google and Meta but it's impossible to work with them. Haven't seen something like this in my life!
As you can see in the rest of reviews, so many people have problems with their verification process, and dealing with the support team is worse than dealing with ChatGPT!
spent hours going forth and back with them, but no result, and they haven't answered my last message from 10 days ago.
You see this and you compare the Microsoft and google stock price trend, you see why it's like this!
Don't waste your time with them.
And to Micsosoft support, don't send me the template that you've sent to rest of 1 star reviews, answer my email!

Very rigorous review process, and the onboarding experience was frustrating. My domain was marked as fraudulent, which prevented me from connecting my store and running ads. I understand platforms need security checks, but the process felt unclear, difficult to resolve, and not very helpful for legitimate business I don't recommend to anyone! stick with the google sales channel.

Zero Stars would be appropriate. There is no German translation or support. The App crashes all the time. We can't use it at all. And yes, we tried to de-install it etc. nothing helps.

My account gets banned because my business name does not match the name I put in microsoft ads account, I try to appeal to change it and put it right, but to appeal, business name has to match the name you put in the account, so it does not let me appeal. When I try to go into the account settings to change the name of the account, it just logs me out because of the account being banned. What a waste of time.

Very bad support and policies, confusing and no sense. I was blocked whitout any reason. Ask for support and the reasons of blocking and nobody told me the reason.

Microsoft channel has been a pain at this point because it is very difficult to integrate the app and install it on Shopify for use. I tried installing it and uninstalling it over and over again to see if it continues to work. It FAILS EVER TIME with an error "Error loading accounts: Request failed with status code 400" I tried fixing it over and over again, but it never works. On top of that it WILL NOT INTERGRATE WITH THE SIMPROSYS APP. Because it somewhat cannot find my advertising account. I'm at that point of giving up and moving on. MICROSOFT HAS FAILED. And I think it is due to the fact that it will not integrate with GOOGLE ACCOUNTS. You guys need to do better because you are wasting people's time and their money.

As bad as you would expect Microsoft to be. Its a pain to install, and is not even able to track revenue which you obviously need for your campaigns to optimize properly. support ist hell, super slow and not able to help. just avoid this all together.

Leider nicht sehr stabil die App. Habe mich mal mit einem falschen MS Account eingeloggt, seit dem kommt nur ein Screen der mich drauf hinweist dass mein Account nicht aktiv ist und versperrt jede Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Support hat nicht wirklich eine Ahnung für was die supporten - scheint ein allgemeiner MS Support zu sein - und neuinstallation hilft wohl auch nicht. Schade
