Microsoft Clarity: AI Insights

Has potential, but still buggy. Setup was easy and inline. Confusing experience on understanding if I need to go outside of Shopify (the Clarity web portal) or not. YouTube videos were outdated. AI insights don't work. Could do with simple documentation on Value, Basics, Advanced E-E. For example, better hover over Dead-clicks explaining it and learn more that talks about if this is good/bad. Is the number good or bad?

gut, umfangreich, kostenlos. an sich sehr gut. aber ich hab deutlich mehr klicks in clarity als im shop. also irgendwas scheint nicht zu stimmen.

The Shopify imbed is not nearly as stable as the clarity site. Ive been experiencing consistently broken recordings on mobile. And there is a weird error that shows a white recording screen for many longer browser sessions.

I like the analytics. Though usability (human factors) needs some work.

seems like it will be good, still learning to interperet data.
